Hello my bloggers & readers I know it's been some time since I've put any of my work up but I have taken a step forward to my future and the makeup industry by upgradeing my skill in print, film, production makeup artistry. So in the next 6-8 weeks I will be training & creating certain looks & posting them up. TOPIC OF THE DAY A MUST!!
Hey Dolls!
Okay today's topic has me going coco!! I was sent pics of a makeup look that was black eyeliner used as lipliner. What the hell are they thinking, SERIOUSLY!! Maybe that look was okay back in the 90's but come on even back then its didn't look HOT! It's bad enough that it's NOT a fashion statement they filled in the lips with different color lipstick, UGHHHHH! Ladies there's getto makeup & then there's just plain out nasty makeup. Look I'm all forward to the saying of, "To each's is own!" But even I must draw the line somewhere & YES I give myself that right as a Makeup Artist....lol
The black lipliner is just as bad as the black eyebrow line & that's the makeup that you wont see in a fashion magazine. Learn to be chic in a simple, sassy way it will take you a long way & you won't look years olders to start off with. Dress your makeup up and down with stlye if you don't know how feel free to contact VANNITYSTUDIO MAKEUP where here to teach! =]

Halloween Makeup!

~ So some people have been asking how crazy you can go for Halloween?! Well, it's the one day out of the year that you should go ALL OUT!! No matter what your dressing yourself as~ Sexy makeup, scary makeup, crazy makeup just go all out and enjoy it! Eye Lashes
Hey Dolls!
Sorry I've been MIA for awhile but I have been busy with VS makeup and so far it's going great. I will be putting up some looks soon so make sure and stay tune okay!
~ Okay down to this week's blog: EYELASHES! Let me tell you guys that eyelashes can either complete your look or make you look silly. WHY?! Well eyelashes has become a big part in the makeup industry and for the most part celebraties don't go without them. They are so many kind of lash you can get from the most expensive that ranges from $175 to about $300 per lash, those are the ones that can stay on your eye for about 3-6 months. Then of course we have the ones that range between $25-$35 for a set and are good quality those you can get from MAC & they last you awhile. Now we come to the cheap ones, like from target or walmart or any other beauty store like Sally's etc. Those you will pay about $4.99 to $7.99 but for the most part are small and plastic and wont' last you as long. And those are the ones that make you look silly because there plastic & you can tell that there Fake. We want to make sure while you are using lashes they can look natural and fit your face just right. So I would suggest to try different lashes on to see what would look great on your eye but as well feels comfortable on the lash.
Once that part is done here comes the tricky part of applying the lash because well let's be honest it's a real pain in the ass!! It really take practice to get it right on the lash & applying enought glue to make sure they stay on & wont pop off while wearing them. So practice makes PERFECT remember that!! I will put up a tutorail on lashes if need be.
