Black eyeliner

~ Hey Dolls, Please remember that not everyone can get away with the black eyeliner around the eyes let alone putting it on heavy that's even worst!!
IF, you do want to go with eyeliner around the eye don't do the whole eye. Simply do half the eye starting from the outside in, using a tip brush slighty under the eye & half over it. You can even use the tip of the brush to blend eye liner into a slight shadow createing a cat eye shape.
